Backup current rom using cwm
Before we start screwing around with the tab(HCL ME X1) let's make a backup of the system firmware so that we can restore it if something goes wrong
1)Boot into CWM (if you haven't already installed CWM go to my tutorial on how to install CWM on HCL ME X1)
2)Navigate to backup and restore
3)In backup and restore select backup to sd card or backup to internal sd card depending on where you would like to save it
4)If you selected backup to sd then the backup would be created to a folder whose name is the date and time of backup.This folder lies inside a folder named Backup which lies inside a folder named Clockworkmod on the sd card.It is similarly saved on the internal memory as well
